The Role:
We are recruiting a Sales Support Administrator.
The successful candidate will be experienced in all aspects of administration, customer services, client liaising and diary scheduling in a role supporting 4 sales personnel.
Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm.
Key Accountabilities:
- Issuing compliance documentation.
- Launching properties online.
- Letter typing & Invoicing.
- Sales support.
- (MIS) updating (work-log, property lifecycle, sales dashboard).
- Ensuring tasks on work-log are completed & distributed on a weekly basis.
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Strong communication skills/customer focus/attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an environment of constant change in a thriving office.
- A team player.
- Efficiency in completing tasks required.
- Excellent phone manner.
